Davis Greer1 StarThis company has been one of the worst company's I have ever dealt with. I have electric baseboard heaters in one of my units and AHS assigned the ticket to US heating and cooling. AHS missed up and assigned the ticket as a ELECTRIC Furnace and when I requested for the transfer the TECH stated, " I am being to TECHNICAL with the TERMS! ME and HIM know it's an ELECTRIC HEATER and NOT a FURNACE so if AHS does a RECALL IT will come to him." He replaced only two Thermostats which he had to YouTube how to install! Secondly, When I requested a RECALL because my HEATER still is not working, HE STOPPED replying! however, he told AHS I requested 4 new heaters which I didn't! But, didn't tell AHS that he was working on an ITEM that was outside of his line of work! By the way this ticket was opened OCT 7th it's NOV 15th and they just opted to transfer to the ticket after I requested MULTIPLE times for the ticket to be transferred to an ELECTRICIAN !!!!!!Friday 15th November 2024

The technician was very professional, knowledgeable and he explained everything crystal clear to me.
He went above and beyond to find the correct filter for my humidifier. Much appreciated.

Betty Dimitrova5 StarIt was very professional from start to finish. Our furnace went out overnight, I called in the morning and was able to schedule it for the same day. I received a courtesy call prior to arrival, it was well within the time window I was promised. Diagnosed the problem, had the right parts on the truck and was able to fix it within hour and a half. Roma Mangukia5 StarTechnicians at US heating and cooling are knowledgeable, responsible, and respond quickly. We have worked with them twice and have be satisfied with their services both times.
