Use them for plumbing services and repairs and while I still groan every time my 20+ year old home has a new issue, it's only because I forget the quick, honest advice these experienced professionals provide and how quickly I get these things resolved. Always a good and reliable repair and actually dissuaded me from spending more money on an item I thought I wanted installed before understanding the risks. Highly recommend.

30 year customer no more. Requested a specific Toto Drake toilet that was 17” high that we had previously purchased twice from Stephens. Stephens substituted a shorter toilet and charged just under $1,000 for toilet, install and replace water shutoff valve. We did not get bids which was a mistake. Stephens said our prior toilet is not made anymore. Toto local authorized distributor told me today it has 600 of the older Drake toilets in stock and that model is still sold.

Came home to my AC not working at 7:30PM on a Tuesday night. Got a call back from Bob Dingles at Stephens within a few minutes. Bob showed up in less than 20 minutes. Super knowledgeable guy and was sure to clearly explain what he was doing to quickly fix my AC. Very good experience and would definitely use Stephens again or refer them to a friend. Thanks!
