Was our first experience with a heating company. We are so happy we calledJ olly Heating & Cooling Co! Sam was on time, courteous, professional, friendly and very efficient! He did a maintenance and fixed our noisy system's problem. We will only call Jolly Heating & Cooling Co. from now on. Thank you! Five stars!!

Just had a new heater installed by Simmons. Tony and team were the techs doing the install and were great.. They were working in a very small space in my attic. They kept me informed on the install and how much more time was needed till completion. I highly recommend Jolly Heating & Cooling for all you heating and cooling needs.

We initially had Jolly install a new AC system in July 2020. They came right out and installed with minimal issues. They did remove our working whole house humidifier in order to install the New AC unit. We were told to call back in the Fall to get a new humidifier installed for a good price. It took up to a month of online inquiries and phone calls to finally get set up with an appointment for them to come back out in the Fall. Once they came out they were trying to charge us full price for the unit that they threw out on us they stated that the parts didn’t work with the humidifier and they couldn’t replace it. They said a separate plumbing company would have to come out to fix their mistake. They said they would work with us after the technician swore at me and stormed out of my house. I also had to kindly ask the tech multiple times to wear his mask or have it on properly since I had kids with breathing issues and we are in a pandemic. The manager contacted me later in the day to work with me on pricing and assured me that someone will get back to me with an estimate to fix their mistake. Multiple weeks of texts, emails and calls resulted in no contact. I even had NBC5 Chicago Investigates try to reach out to them multiple times to no avail. Please don’t ever use Jolly as they don’t do quality work, they are not professional and are very unresponsive. I will now go to actual professionals to fix humidifier because we should’ve went with them in the first place. Again, please don’t use this terrible and unprofessional excuse for a company. I couldn’t give no stars but if I could I would!

On the first cold day this year, I discovered that my heater wasn't working. A Jolly Heating & Cooling technician was at my house within 20 minutes and had my heater up and running shortly. The owner even stopped by to make sure that I had received the best service! I'll be sure to call Jolly Heating & Cooling for any future heating and cooling needs!

My furnace broke down unexpectedly and I needed it fixed ASAP. I called Jolly Heating & Cooling Company and Matt was scheduled to come out later that evening. He was professional, polite, and very knowledgeable. He had the unit fixed and ready to go within 30 minutes. He even took some time and checked the AC unit and made sure it was working properly before he left. Call Jolly .
