Scheduling was great, and I was able to get service quickly. I signed up for the Complete System package, which includes a fall and spring tune-up. My technician was very knowledgeable and was able to dial in my 10-year-old furnace. It is so much quieter when it runs now. Great service all around.

Was cut off by a technician doing over 90 MPH down I-88 the day after Thanksgiving while people are travelling to and from a holiday with their families. Absolutely unacceptable from someone driving a billboard for a vehicle! Guy showed NO care for anyone else on the road weaving in and out of traffic, speeding, not bothering to use a turn signal! If their technicians are that careless on the road I'd hate to see them serving my home!

My wife and I came home on a Sunday evening to find our furnace wasn't working; we left a message for Builders Heating and Brian called back that night and talked us through a few things to see if there was a quick fix; there wasn't, because our furnace was 27 years old. They came out Monday, looked everything over and gave us the repair option and the replacement option, with very competitive prices for both. We went with replace option, the new furnace was installed Tuesday, as promised, very professionally. My wife and I are both extremely happy we went with Builders Heating.

Builders installed all of my heating and cooling when we built our house 7 years ago. Since then, I have used them for seasonal maintenance and any issues that may have arisen (very few).
