Carl was amazing. Our AC unit stopped working during the hottest week this past month. We have also been needing to replace our furnace. He did such a great job of explaining what our options were and what he could do to help us out since we were having a hard time financially. We ended up getting our AC and furnace replaced and he was able to make it affordable for us. He was extremely accommodating and knowledgeable. We will always go to Carl for any future issues.

I value my privacy a lot, so I have a personal policy of not leaving Google reviews. When it comes to Blue Right Rain HVAC, I feel almost morally obligated to break this policy given the exceptional service I was provided by Carl, the owner. Carl is an experienced troubleshooter - not a salesman, and he operates his business with certain core values that resonate with me. Despite his best efforts, my furnace could not be fixed, but his replacement quote was more than reasonable. Carl and his assistant worked tirelessly over the weekend to get the job done. I feel lucky to have found Blue Light Rain HVAC.

Carl Summers did a wonderful job of giving our furnace a pre-winter check-up. He arrived promptly, first thing this morning, and gave us good news about our furnace. Then he offered to “meet the house,” so to speak (I love that turn of phrase!). He had good suggestions to make about additional smoke/carbon dioxide detectors; about cleaning out the dryer vent; about where and how to connect our new dishwasher, about additional outside lights, etc. - and he is able to help us with all of that! He was warm; he was professional; he was conscious of trying to make the most cost-effective suggestions, and we two retired teachers are grateful for that! I highly recommend Carl Summers and Blue Light Rain HVAC!

Highly recommend! We woke up to our house being 50 degrees this morning after our furnance stopped working overnight and Carl came over within a half hour of calling and got it up and running again. His help was such a blessing on this -6 degree frigid day! Not only did he explain everything in great detail, but was also very generous in what he charged us.
