Called Bizzy Bee last night around 1800 and Adam was at my home at 0630 this morning. Adam was recommended by my neighbor who's been using them for YEARS. Been dealing with a furnace lockout issue for the past couple of days. I've always been able to fix my HVAC issues over the years but this time I was stumped (already replaced the flame sensor and ohm'ed out the pressure switches) and I was tired of freezing. My burners would flicker and occasionally go out. It was like someone was blowing out candles. Unfortunately, with my furnace (a newer high efficiency model - that's another story) would go into lockout mode after 3 relights of the burners and after getting "blown out" for the 4th time. It wasn't pleasant waking up to a temperature of 58 degrees in the morning. As expected, the furnace was working fine when Adam arrived but fortunately I took a video of the burner problem I was having. When Adam saw the video, he asked me if I had a screen cover on my exhaust vent. I did. He informed me that as condensate freezes, it could block the openings of the screen just enough to affect air pressure in the furnace. I removed the cover and the furnace has been working fine now for the the past few hours with no noticeable flickering of the burners. It feels great to be warm again! Thanks Adam @ Bizzy Bee!

I was charged 50$ to be told nothing could be done. So then I had someone else come and look at it and they fixed it in minutes. Adam not only asked me (the customer) to help him but he left stuff apart and was okay with leaving me in my 80º house. I'm not happy at all and I really want my 50$ back. It may have been the tech that I got , but I would NEVER recommend this place to someone who needs their hvac issues resolved. Pathetic.

I called at 7:00 am they arrived by 8:00 am, our furnace stopped working. Adam came and was extremely professional and fixed it and was very honest. We have heat again!!! Yahoooo!!!! Thank you!!! Highly recommend!
