My folks have been using this amazing company for years, for all their heating/cooling needs. I (son) took over since dad is no longer with us. 😥 I will start off by saying all the techs that come to the home to do maintenance on your existing units are all excellent and qualified to the utmost. They explain their findings and suggestions of any are needed. I need to call out Brian the project manager-sales as it’s a good chance you will be routed to him to assist you in the decision making process of your install needs. (Ask for him to call you to talk you through the process when you call the main office) He is beyond thorough and extremely knowledgeable about cooling/heating. He worked with me diligently, to help determine the best equipment for our needs. He not only is there to sell and assist, but he really cares about each persons needs and works hard to make sure you are happy with the outcome from A-Z. I had an amazing experience with his installers. They, too are extremely hard workers, care about the good job they do for the families in need of equipment/ Furnaces/Ac etc… so knowledgeable and are confident and friendly. They put you at ease immediately. Believe me, you are in great hands with this company all the way around. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I have a true sense of peace knowing they will do their best and their best is best!!! I hope this review helps. Having an older house, we have some unique heating and cooling needs. If we don’t want to tear down plaster walls, we have to try to work with in the confines some what of what we already have I stalled. We had 2 different systems installed by Energy Services, a replacement hydronic system with air conditioning, and a Unico high velocity system with a heat pump. The hydronic system already proved its worth, keeping an addition room warm and comfortable over the winter and cool, even on the hottest days, over the summer. The Unico with heat pump kept the old section of the house more even and cool than ever over the summer. We have only had 1 opportunity to use the heat function on a cool morning, but it also seems to work great. Eric Weech did an excellent job providing options for both jobs. We are very happy with his responsiveness, information, and expertise. He was even there after the sale to help with the rebate application to the city…in sure easy for him, but somewhat confusing for an ordinary person. Scott, the install manager, arrived on time with the parts and team to complete a one day install. Everything left as if they were never there…except for a new working system. He also took time after the install to explain the operation. I can always think of other things I’d like to spend money on, but when you need a new system, or 2, these are the people you want doing the work.

Joe came and looked at our HVAC unit today and he was very professional. He diagnosed the issue promptly, answered all of our questions and he was very thorough as he broke everything down for us to understand. You couldn’t ask for better service! If I could have given him more than ten stars I most definitely would!

It's been over 6 months since the installation of our brand new HVAC system, and we couldn't be more pleased! Our house is older, and the efficiency savings and ease of use of our Nest thermostat are great! Brian went above and beyond in helping us understand our options, answering our questions, and being supportive of us going through the hoops of working with our home warranty company. We are joining the comfort maintenance plan, and look forward to a well heated/cooled house for many years to come!
