Recently I needed a repair on my boiler and Nick was extremely responsive and helpful. It was an absolute pleasure to work with an individual that takes pride in their work, is extremely fair on pricing, has a can-do approach and best of all is down to earth and honest. Their approach is to build a relationship for the long term which I found very refreshing. I have found my new go to company for all of my heating and cooling needs.

These guys are the real deal. Highly recommend. Nick came by to look at the furnace and provided options to fix or replace based on our budget. Turned out it made more sense to replace the 22 year old furnace. When Nick and Dejan did the furnace replacement I was a bit worried they might run into some issues as the furnace was located in a tight area but they made quick and easy work of it, the unit was ripped and replaced in half a day. Along with that they cleaned our ducts which turns out desperately needed it. John took extra time to make sure they were really cleaned out well, showing me all the things he pulled out along the way. Overall a great experience. I plan to recommend them to anyone I know who needs HVAC work.

Had very evident water condensation leaks on both of my furnaces. One company suggested I completely replace them and another company performed a "repair" that didn't work. Affordable American Air was different. A technician came in on the same day called and was able to diagnosed the real problem being poor installations performed in three different areas in each furnace. A same day repair was performed and the leaks have completely stopped. True to their name, the price was also very affordable. For the quality of work performed on two furnaces, the total cost was excellent.

I called Affordable American Air after getting an outrageous quote from a different company. Mike was able to come out to inspect my unit that same night! The following day they came back to replace my entire HVAC system at a way more affordable price. These guys are super informative, honest, and quick! Highly highly recommend if you are in need of service! Can’t thank them enough!!

Michael spent close to two hours at my house on a Saturday really assessing the issues with my furnace and air flow. My first floor was not getting warmer than 59 degrees and with it being frigid this time of year in Chicagoland, the living room and kitchen were unlivable. Rather than diagnosing the problem by product pushing, he made small fixes to my air flow system. Within an hour of his work, my first floor was six degrees warmer!! These guys are literally the best at figuring out what your specific home needs are and I can’t wait to work with them to solve other issues. Amazing service and commitment to getting it done right.
